Ab Work Express- This is a 45 minute class of hardcore abdominal work. It focuses on toning and defining the abs and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength. All exercises can be modified for all fitness levels.
Barre Flow- This half barre, half yoga class is the perfect balance to strengthen, sculpt and stretch your whole body.
Booty Work Xpress- 45 minute class dedicated to helping you build, lift and tone your glutes for the booty you’ve always wanted.
Body By Barbell- A one hour, low intensity, high resistance class to improve muscular endurance and strength.
Boxing Basics- This one hour class will focus on teaching the basics of boxing including technique, and counts along with a mix of core strength and body weight exercises, making this a great all around full body, cardio workout.
Boxing Circuit- This is a one hour full body class that will be 30 min of HIIT followed by 30 min of boxing fundamentals. During the conditioning and boxing segment, there will be 12- one minute rounds with one minute of rest in between. The last 10 min of class will focus on core work. Must bring your own gloves.
Cardio H.I.I.T - A high-intensity interval training workout which focuses on full body strength conditioning paired with cardio bursts. With no workout ever being the same, this class is sure to challenge all fitness levels.
Cardio Kickboxing- Combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
Friday Burn- In this one hour class, resistance training (using barbells and dumbbells) is followed by 30 second bursts of cardio resulting in a full body workout that gets your muscles working and your heart pumping.
Morning (Spin) Moves- This moderately paced spin class is sure to get your morning started moving the right way! The class focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning and aerobic interval training complete with climbs. Great for beginners and advanced alike.
Pound- Channel your inner performer and rock your body with this modern day fusion of movement and music. Drum along to a slammin’ soundtrack using Ripstix - weighted drumsticks designed to transform drumming into an awesome, fat burning, full body interval workout that will leave you dripping in sweat.
P90X Live- Total-body strength and cardio conditioning that helps you blast fat and build lean muscle fast. It’s tough—but your instructor can show you how to modify any move, and the group motivation will help you push past your plateaus.
PiYo™- Total-body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and have a great time doing it.
Power Hour- Cardio and muscle intervals for the entire body. This strength-based class targets upper lower and abdominal muscles while improving your cardio stamina. High energy, all levels of participants
Shred HIIT Xpress- This group training focuses on High Intensity Interval Training in a circuit style class that focuses on strength, balance, and core.
Spin Rhythm- A 45 minute calorie torching Spin class to benefit your body, mind and soul! With a high energy playlist, feel the rhythm and experience an energy that will take you to the next level of your fitness journey!
Stak’d- Dance inspired, this full body fitness workout incorporates light weights (3-5 lbs) as well as body weight exercises for a FUN, challenging, full body toning experience.
Stak’d Step- A twist on the traditional step class, this class incorporates cardio, as well as body weight exercises with step to offer full body workout - all set to a great playlist sure to motivate.
Step HIIT Up- Grab a step and lets get to work! This one hour full body workout combines cardio and resistance HIIT training. We will use the step for not just the cardio portions of our class, but also during our weight training segments. This class incorporates basic step moves, as well as basic calisthenics for an easy to follow, fun and effective workout great for beginners and advanced a like.
Strength Xpress- This 30 minute strength class utilizes barbells and dumbbells to give you an effective and balanced strength workout.
STRONG by Zumba®- Combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster.
STRONG45 by Zumba®- Using only your body weight, STRONG by Zumba® will test your strength and stamina in a powerful cardio and muscle-conditioning session in one, all led by music. STRONG45 packs a challenging total-body workout into 45 minutes. This efficient and focused class helps you fit fitness into any schedule.
TRX Circuit -This total body resistance class uses suspension bands and body weight to burn fat and build lean muscle while working the core the entire time. Short bursts of cardio will be incorporated to keep the heart rate up and the body guessing.
Turbo Kick™- The ultimate cardio-kickboxing experience, Turbo Kick LIVE is perfect for the beginner and elite fitness enthusiast alike! This fat-burning workout combines cardio kickboxing with body-sculpting HIIT moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes. Get lean, get toned, and feel unstoppable in the class that’s high-energy and super addicting!
Yoga Beats-This is a traditional yoga flow class with a great playlist to match! A wonderful way to end your night. Great for beginners and advanced alike!
Yoga Flow - Geared towards all levels of students. Expect to wake up, flow, sweat, move and get your day started on the right foot.
Zumba®- A fun and effective workout incorporating hip hop, soca, samba, salsa merengue, and mambo. Routines incorporate interval training- alternating fast and slow rhythms and resistance training.
Aqua Aerobics- Water based workout that exercises large muscle groups, increases your heart rate and makes your lungs work harder. Water aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise that takes place in the water and is usually composed of a variety of exercises. Although almost anyone can participate in water aerobics, the sport is ideal for people with back pain, elderly people or people with delicate bone structures and those who would like to lose weight without putting too much strain on their bodies.
Aqua Arthritic- The aqua arthritic class is a lower intensity Aqua class that utilizes the foam noodles as opposed to the foam weights for even lighter impact on the joints while helping build strength and flexibility.
Aqua Zumba®- Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss!
